I have a select offering of private lessons available. It is open to everyone.

I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and specialize in working with learning and developmental disabilities which may include but is not limited to

Autism, ADHD and Social-Pragmatic Communication Disorder.

Everyone's reasons for training are different and with this in mind, I tailor the experience to your goals and curiosities. This takes time. Sometimes, just moving our bodies to their capacity is enough, without internal and external pressure of 'keeping up' within larger groups. ​​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Private lesson intentions can range from bolstering skills, improving proprioception, requiring more controlled environments, support for social anxiety, development of motor skills or as a pathway to group classes. 

​

I work with kids (3-10), Youth (10-17), Adults & Elders (18 and Up).

All lessons take place out of my home gym, Lapel Arts Academy.
